Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an IT Support Specialist for a direct hire opportunity in Riverside, CA with a manufacturing organization. This role is ideal for an early-career IT professional who wants broad exposure to help desk support, SQL reporting, database administration, SharePoint, WordPress maintenance, Active Directory, and ERP item data management. The IT Support Specialist will work closely with IT leadership and internal teams to keep systems, applications, reports, and user support running smoothly. This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys solving technical issues, improving business processes, supporting users, and contributing to IT projects in a collaborative environment. This position offers hands-on learning, visibility across multiple systems, and the opportunity to build a well-rounded IT foundation with supportive leadership and cross-functional teamwork. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage IT help desk tickets, troubleshoot user issues, and provide support for hardware, software, printers, copiers, phones, intranet tools, and web applications.
  • Maintain P21 item catalog data, including price increases, new and existing items, supplier information, price breaks, classifications, and product line imports.
  • Write, create, schedule, and maintain SQL queries, Crystal Reports, SQL reports, and SharePoint website content.
  • Support SQL database administration, Active Directory administration, IT asset inventory, server room organization, and phone system management.
  • Maintain company web applications, intranet tools, and WordPress website updates while recommending system improvements.
  • Assist IT leadership with strategic initiatives, special projects, QMS-related processes, infrastructure reviews, and process improvement efforts. Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary range: $45,500.00 to $52,000.00 per year.
