Job Description
Job Summary A direct hire opportunity is available for an IT Quality Lead in Riverside, CA. This role blends hands-on IT support, ERP data management, reporting, systems administration, and quality process leadership in a manufacturing and operations environment. The IT Quality Lead will support day-to-day technology needs while also helping maintain quality system integrity through CAPA, ECO, DCO, document control, change management, and continuous improvement activities. This is a strong opportunity for a detail-oriented IT professional who enjoys solving technical issues, improving business processes, and working cross-functionally with operations, quality, and leadership teams. This position offers visibility across the organization, direct collaboration with IT and project leadership, and the chance to contribute to meaningful systems, reporting, and quality initiatives that support company performance and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
- Manage IT help desk tickets, hardware and software support requests, printer/copier toner needs, phone systems, IT assets, inventory, and server room organization.
- Maintain P21 item catalog data, including price increases, new and existing items, supplier information, price breaks, item classifications, and new product line imports.
- Create, schedule, and maintain SQL queries, Crystal Reports, SharePoint content, company intranet updates, web applications, and WordPress website maintenance.
- Support quality system processes including non-product software validation, COPQ tracking, VOE programs, CAPA investigations, DCOs, ECOs, change management, work instructions, and document reviews.
- Assist with IT strategic initiatives, system reviews, process improvements, project tasks, and system enhancement recommendations.
- Maintain accurate documentation and support QMS procedures, audits, compliance activities, and cross-functional quality objectives. Compensation and Benefits
