Work You'll Do As a Project Delivery Manager on the project, you will: Administer and support enterprise server, workstation, VMware, and network environments to ensure high availability, security, and performance. Monitor system health, perform patching, maintenance, backup/recovery, and troubleshoot infrastructure issues across servers, networks, and end-user systems. Manage virtualized environments and server-based applications, while identifying opportunities to optimize technology assets and improve operational efficiency. Partner with security, data warehouse, and cross-functional IT teams to maintain a stable, secure, and compliant infrastructure environment. Lead infrastructure initiatives from planning and costing through scheduling, testing, and deployment, while documenting solutions and supporting stakeholder communication. Qualifications Required :

Bachelor's degree Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future 8+ years of overall IT infrastructure experience, including server/desktop support, networking, storage, backup/restore, and disaster recovery. 5+ years of hands-on experience managing servers and networks in midsize to large enterprise environments. 5+ years of experience with server administration, server management, and network/network services, including troubleshooting and performance support. 3+ years of experience with Cisco networking technologies, including VPN, routing, switching, and network security administration. 3+ years of experience with VMware virtualization and cloud maintenance/administration in production environments. Ability to travel 5-20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $113,325 to $188,875. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
