$104.07 - $106.94/hr What's the Job? Install, configure, maintain, and monitor database systems to ensure optimal performance and availability. Manage database security, backups, recovery processes, and data integrity. Troubleshoot and resolve database issues, performance bottlenecks, and system outages. Optimize database queries and support large datasets and complex data operations. Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to support infrastructure and application needs. What's Needed? Strong understanding of database concepts, relational databases, SQL, and database management systems. Experience with database administration tools, utilities, and best practices. Proven ability to work with large datasets and complex queries. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. What's a plus? Programming experience with Python, R, or other scripting languages. Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and database services. Experience supporting enterprise-scale database environments. Familiarity with data security and compliance requirements. Industry experience in consumer goods, manufacturing, or related sectors.
