The ideal candidate will have experience managing operating systems, user accounts, network services, and system security. Responsibilities Install, configure, maintain, and update servers and operating systems. Monitor system performance, availability, and resource utilization. Manage user accounts, access permissions, and authentication settings. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Perform routine system maintenance, backups, and recovery testing. Apply security patches and follow established IT security policies. Maintain system documentation, configurations, and asset records. Collaborate with IT staff and other departments to resolve technical issues. Support infrastructure upgrades and technology improvement projects. Requirements Associate's or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
