Job Description:

Responsibilities Global BlackLine system administrator and subject matter expert responsible for end-to-end platform management, including configuration, user support, training, and governance across reconciliation, transaction matching, journal entry, and task management modules. Partners cross-functionally with business and IT to drive process improvements, manage system enhancements, and ensure efficient, compliant financial operations through reporting, dashboards, and metrics. Combines strong technical administration with stakeholder collaboration and communication to optimize adoption, streamline workflows, and support ongoing organizational change. Qualifications 4+ years of experience administering BlackLine, Trintech, or Oracle ARCS, with strong hands-on expertise in reconciliation tools (Account Reconciliation, Transaction Matching, Journal Entry, Task Management). Solid understanding of core financial processes, accounting standards (e.g., GAAP/STAT), and SOX compliance, combined with experience in requirements gathering, project coordination, and process improvement initiatives. Proficient in Microsoft Office and related tools, with strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills; Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or equivalent experience.
