Pay :
$35•$45/hour (depending on experience level) Overview We are seeking a short-term contractor to assess our existing phone system configuration and design, implement, and document updated call flows to support a senior living business vertical. This work includes community-based routing to a centralized call center that adjusts based on defined business hours. Scope of Work Evaluate and document the current-state phone system configuration, including users, auto attendants, IVRs, and call routing logic Design and configure new call flows tailored to a senior living business vertical Implement community-based routing to a call center with logic that varies by business hours Partner with internal stakeholders to validate routing requirements and business rules Ensure configurations align with usability, reliability, and scalability best practices Deliverables Current-state phone system configuration summary Updated call flow diagrams and written call flow descriptions Administrator runbook with clear, step-by-step instructions for future updates and ongoing maintenance Required Experience and Skills Hands-on experience administering voice or telephony systems Strong background designing and configuring auto attendants, IVRs, and call routing flows Experience with call center routing and business-hours-based logic Strong technical documentation skills with the ability to produce clear, repeatable procedures Ability to work independently and deliver within a defined, short-term engagement Nice to Have Experience supporting healthcare or senior living organizations Familiarity with change management or knowledge transfer for operations teams All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
