Job Description

Job Title Sr Network Administrator The Senior Network Administrator will combine advanced technical expertise with leadership in complex, cross-functional, network projects and serve as a senior technical authority. The role is responsible for the design, implementation, administration, and optimization of the organization's global network infrastructure. Acting as the senior technical partner to the Global Network Manager, this role balances hands-on configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting with active participation in shaping enterprise network strategy. The Senior Network Administrator will work closely with IT leadership to align network capabilities with business objectives, ensuring secure, resilient, and scalable operations, that support our global footprint. This role also will help drive the adoption of cloud networking, automation, and AI-enabled operational capabilities to improve network performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.

Job Requirements:
Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in IT related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 6+ years in network administration. Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Expertise in enterprise routing, switching, wireless, firewalls, VPNs, SD-WAN, and cloud networking platforms (Azure/AWS). Strong knowledge of network security frameworks, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting methodologies. Experience collaborating with global teams and managing vendor relationships. Experience with network automation, scripting, orchestration tools, or AI-assisted operational platforms is preferred. Core Competencies Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to execute effectively. Highly skilled in hands-on technical work while contributing to broader strategic initiatives. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Language & Communication Skills Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to collaborate effectively with U.S.-based leadership and global teams. Ability to present technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Japanese language skills a plus for local team and vendor engagement.On-Call Requirement:
