TruBlue Home Service Ally is a national home services franchise with more than 140 locations across the U.S. We provide trusted handyman repairs, home safety upgrades, and maintenance services that help seniors age in place and help busy families take care of their homes. At TruBlue of Denver West, we are building a team known for craftsmanship, professionalism, reliability, and genuine care for customers. We are looking for a Lead Home Service Technician who takes pride in high-quality work, communicates well, and can help set the standard for the rest of the team. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants consistent work, strong office support, and the opportunity to help grow a respected local service business. What You'll Do As our Lead Home Service Technician, you will perform high-quality residential repair, maintenance, and improvement projects while helping support and mentor other Tru-Pro® technicians.
You will:
Complete home repair and maintenance projects with craftsmanship and attention to detail Lead by example on job sites through professionalism, preparation, and problem-solving Help support, coach, and guide other technicians Communicate clearly with customers and set expectations on-site Help ensure projects are completed safely, accurately, and consistently Represent TruBlue with reliability, respect, and care in every customer interaction Work closely with office and leadership teams to keep jobs moving smoothly Common projects include: Bathroom and kitchen upgrades Drywall repair and patching Flooring installation and repair General carpentry Interior and exterior painting Basic plumbing and electrical work within appropriate scope Home safety upgrades and senior-friendly modifications General handyman repairs and maintenance Who You Are You are a skilled, dependable professional who knows how to get the job done right and treat people well along the way.
You likely have:
7+ years of hands-on home repair, remodeling, handyman, or construction experience Strong carpentry, drywall, repair, and general home maintenance skills Experience leading, mentoring, or supporting other technicians, preferred Strong communication skills with both customers and team members Good judgment, problem-solving ability, and pride in workmanship A professional appearance and customer-first mindset Valid driver's license and reliable transportation A full set of tools appropriate for residential repair and maintenance work Fluency in English Legal authorization to work in the U.S. What You'll Get We know great technicians have options.
