Job Description
Job Description Must-Have Skills End User Computing (EUC) operations with L1, L2, and L3 support. Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, compliance policies, and device management. Active Directory and Azure AD (Entra ID) identity and access management. Endpoint security including BitLocker, Microsoft Defender, and Conditional Access. Secondary (Nice-to-Have Skills Not Mandatory) PowerShell automation and scripting. Application packaging (MSI, MSIX, IntuneWin). Patch management and CAB processes. Microsoft 365 application support. Soft Skills Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and collaboration skills.
