The successful candidate will be highly technical and a natural troubleshooter and leader with great customer service instincts. This position will work primarily in our West Hartford office and requires occasional travel to client sites. We are seeking a project technician/engineer to join our Professional Services team. This role requires a strong IT background to understand and address technical challenges. The ideal candidate will be adept at executing projects assigned in alignment with our processes and procedures (Compass Way).
