Enterprise ITOM Engineer Intermediate sought by AdventHealth Information Technology in Altamonte Springs, FL, to ensure that our critical applications and infrastructure are reliable, efficient, and operationally excellent. Development, enhancement, and sustained support of the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB). Work with the ServiceNow ITOM module and responsible for running discovery and service mapping for our IT infrastructure. Ensure correctness, completeness, and compliance of the data in the CMDB and perform maintenance and governance oversight of the data in alignment with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM). Participation in our overall IT infrastructure automation initiative.
