Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead, Desktop Services to serve as a senior technical leader within our Workspace & Client Services team. In this role, you will shape the associate technology experience by leading the deployment, support, and lifecycle management of end-user technologies across the enterprise. This position is ideal for a self-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of outcomes, and can effectively coordinate operational activities, projects, and technical resources.
Key Responsibilities Lead Endpoint Deployments & Refreshes:
Oversee the deployment, configuration, and support of laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, and workplace technology solutions. Coordinate enterprise hardware refreshes, office openings, relocations, and rollouts while ensuring compliance and security standards are met.
Drive Operational Excellence:
Coordinate daily desktop services activities to ensure timely resolution of incidents, service requests, and project deliverables. Act as the primary escalation point for complex endpoint and printing issues, maintaining service-level commitments.
Provide Technical Leadership:
Lead troubleshooting efforts for critical incidents and high-impact business issues. Collaborate closely with Infrastructure, Security, Networking, Service Desk, and business stakeholders.
Champion Continuous Improvement:
Develop and maintain technical documentation, standards, and knowledge articles. Analyze recurring issues and implement proactive solutions to modernize workplace technology services. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise desktop and workplace technologies. Demonstrated hands-on experience deploying and supporting Windows OS, desktop/laptop hardware, enterprise printing solutions, and mobile devices. Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 and modern endpoint management platforms (such as Intune, MECM/SCCM, Workspace ONE , or similar solutions). Proven ability to independently manage multiple priorities, coordinate technical activities, and deliver results with minimal supervision. Exceptional troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience leading enterprise endpoint refresh or deployment programs. ITIL Foundation certification. Microsoft endpoint management or related workplace technology certifications. Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
