- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, clinics, and healthcare providers
- Handle product orders, service issues, and account inquiries
- Educate patients and customers on products, usage, and delivery timelines
- Support the sales team with order processing, tracking, and follow-up
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages with urgency and professionalism
- Resolve customer concerns while maintaining HIPAA compliance
- Document all interactions in CRM/EMR systems
- Partner with internal teams (sales, logistics, billing) to ensure a seamless experience
- Monitor open orders and backorders, ensuring timely follow-up and fulfillment What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of customer service or dispatching experience
- Experience handling high-volume calls, emails, and/or chats
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with CRM or EMR systems preferred
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus, not required Work Environment
- Office-based role
- Moderate noise (calls, meetings, computer audio)
- Extended time working at a computer
