Description We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to support and troubleshoot production infrastructure in a hands-on environment. This role requires strong technical depth across virtualization, backup and disaster recovery, Windows Server, and core cloud, security, and networking technologies. Key Responsibilities

+ Administer and troubleshoot Hyper-V

+ Support VMware ESXi environments

+ Manage Veeam backups, restores, and disaster recovery processes

+ Perform hands-on Windows Server administration

+ Support infrastructure across cloud, security, and networking

+ Troubleshoot production issues, outages, and performance problems

+ Assist with infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and improvements Requirements

+ Security+ certification

+ Proven ability to independently administer and troubleshoot production infrastructure

+ Strong experience with Hyper-V, VMware ESXi, Veeam, and Windows Server
