As a Customer Service Technician, you will be responsible for supporting sales teams and customers through daily interactions, order management, and service coordination, while contributing to overall customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. On a daily basis, you will: Support sales managers for the US market with daily customer communications Enter and update sales orders using Excel and Microsoft
