Fort Lauderdale, FL 2-3+ month Contract No vendors, will work directly with the candidate, must be local to South Florida Position Summary The IT Systems Administrator is responsible for assisting in the administration, maintenance, security, and support of the organization's technology infrastructure. This position serves as a key member of the IT team and assists with the administration and support of the company's technology environment, ensuring reliable and secure IT operations. The IT Administrator provides technical support, manages user accounts and devices, assists with cybersecurity initiatives, and participates in technology projects that support business operations. Responsibilities Assist in the administration of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and heavy SharePoint support user account management, permissions, and access controls. Monitor system performance; maintain documentation and inventories. Support deployment, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, mobile devices, Intune, Autopilot, software installations, and asset inventory. Provide Tier I and Tier II support; troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application issues; support onboarding and offboarding; provide executive support as needed. Support MFA, SSO, patching, vulnerability remediation, backups, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity best practices. Support Azure and AWS environments; assist with upgrades, implementations, projects, and vendor coordination. Maintain procedures and knowledge articles; identify process improvements and participate in technology initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree; 4+ years of IT support or systems administration experience; Microsoft 365 experience; Active Directory knowledge, SharePoint administration and support (MUST); strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
