Drive the roadmap for our enterprise imaging strategic plans and oversee multiple complex technology projects from start to finish.Mentor & Guide:
Act as a leader and mentor to other imaging administrators fostering a collaborative high-growth environment.System Maintenance:
Configure troubleshoot and maintain clinical modalities to keep our diagnostic pipeline running flawlessly.Collaborate:
Work closely within a strong matrix team environment bridging the gap between complex IT infrastructure and frontline clinical workflows.Solve Complex Problems:
Utilize your sharp critical thinking skills to diagnose and resolve high-stakes technical issues in a fast-paced environment. What You Bring to theTable Must-Have Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree obtained through a formal 4-year program.Core IT Experience:
4 to 6 years of relevant IT or Business Unit experience supporting enterprise technology.PACS Expertise:
5+ years of dedicated PACS administration experience combining strong technical IT skills with clinical workflow knowledge.Modality Experience:
Proven track record configuring troubleshooting and maintaining clinical modalities.Leadership Skills:
Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and mentor junior team members.Professional Attributes:
Exceptional analytical organization multitasking and time-management skills.Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a stellar customer-service mindset.Availability:
Flexibility to participate in after-hours and weekend on-call rotations. Preferred Technical Experience (Nice to Have): Experience with any of the following applications will make your application stand out:Core Systems:
