Overview To provide clerical and administrative support to the Human Resources Director, Assistant Director of Human Resources and Human Resources Managers. To support the Human Resource function by providing a warm greeting and environment for all associates in the Associate Services Center. Responsabilities Assist with walk-ins by providing a welcoming environment when they enter the Associate Services Center. Assist with processing of new hire paperwork. Maintain orderliness of office supplies and equipment. File and maintain files. Answer phones and phone inquiries. Collect, sort and distribute office mail. Complete other duties assigned by management. Participates in planning and execution of associate events planned by the Human Resources Department. Develop associate communications network within the hotel, via bulletin boards, department communication boards, posters and flyers. Develop networking contacts and coordinate local job fairs with local colleges.
Qualifications:
Relevant hospitality and/or customer service/administrative experience Highly motivated self-starter focused on quality, organization, guest service and teamwork. High level of written and verbal communication skills. Computer proficiency; specifically with Microsoft Office and Windows. Micros experience is preferred. The ability to work in a fast paced high pressure work environment while executing delegated tasks and assignments Demonstrates strong creativity, consistently bringing original ideas and imaginative solutions to their work.
Working Environment:
Inside 80-90% of work period, in normal office conditions. Physical Job Requirements (for essential functions only) Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
