Starting at $48.23 per hour Shape the Future of Quality in Aviation PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the aviation industry to bring on a strategic and highly collaborative Quality Systems Specialist . In this impactful role, you will work closely with global leadership to drive quality initiatives, streamline processes, and ensure operational excellence across a complex, high-performance environment. Your expertise will directly influence decision-making, performance outcomes, and continuous improvement on a global scale. What You'll Do As a trusted partner to senior leadership, you will: Serve as a key liaison between the Global Quality Leader and internal/external stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear communication Support the planning, execution, and tracking of global quality strategies and improvement initiatives Coordinate leadership meetings, including agendas, presentations, and action tracking Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to remove obstacles and accelerate decision-making Monitor KPIs and provide insights and updates to leadership teams Lead and manage special projects and high-priority initiatives Drive continuous improvement efforts across quality systems and processes Handle sensitive information with professionalism and strict confidentiality

What You Bring Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Quality Management, or related field (advanced degree preferred) Minimum 7 years of experience in quality management, operations, or strategic program management Experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams (Chief of Staff, program management, or similar role) Strong knowledge of quality systems, standards, and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities Proactive, results-driven mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

Pay Details:
