Responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining computing infrastructure, operating systems, and/or middleware products on all computer platforms, including mainframes, workstations, servers, and web servers, in support of 24x7 business processes. Evaluates, implements, and modifies operating system software parameters and/or product solutions for optimal performance. Identifies integration and other interface requirements for all supported products and platforms. Ensures cybersecurity measures, automation, and operational efficiency. Works with Active Directory, Azure AD, Client, AWS, DevOps, networking, and cloud-based infrastructure solutions. Ensures compliance with cybersecurity policies and industry regulations.
