Your responsibilities:
Perform advanced disassembly, inspection, balancing, repair, and reassembly of industrial turbochargers Conduct troubleshooting, diagnostics, and failure analysis Execute field service work at customer sites and remote support as needed Prepare accurate service reports, failure findings, and documentation Ensure full compliance with safety, quality, and
ISO/AIMS
standards Provide support and mentoring to Service Engineer I & II team members Maintain strong customer communication and identify potential service opportunities Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined or elevated spaces Comfortable around industrial machinery, heat, and noise Ability to travel domestically/internationally as needed Your background: High school diploma required; technical degree preferred 6+ years of turbocharger or rotating equipment service experience Proven ability to independently complete field service jobs Strong mechanical, diagnostic, and balancing skills Knowledge of RCA, NDT, and failure reporting preferred Excellent communication and customer-service skills Willingness to travel and work in industrial environments We are now looking for you as an employee (m/f/d) from the following fields: Service Engineer III (m/f/d), Senior Field Service Engineer / Technical Support Specialist (m/f/d), Senior Maintenance & Service Engineer (m/f/d), Advanced Technical Service Engineer (m/f/d), Expert Commissioning & Service Engineer (m/f/d), Professional Service Engineer III (m/f/d) for Technical Operations About Us Accelleron is accelerating sustainability in the marine and energy industries as a global technology leader in turbocharging, fuel injection, and digital solutions for heavy-duty applications.
