Position Summary Odyssey has an exciting opportunity for a Network and Computer Systems Administrator supporting the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center Rapid Enterprise Solutions division (AFLCMC/EBR) at Eglin AFB, FL . This division powers the weapons enterprise with a superior workforce, modernized facilities, and innovative digital capabilities. Our Network and Computer Systems Administrators provide support and assistance in the management and operations of armament program related network systems. Responsibilities Duties may include, but are not limited to: Supporting Tier I and Tier II IT systems Imaging, patching, and configuring classified/unclassified systems SharePoint management Administrating and operating help desk ticketing system Providing customer service support via in-person, email, phone, remote, etc. Providing technical support for briefing setups, presentations, VTCs, and online meetings IT Equipment custodian management duties and responsibilities to include performing inventory and equipment destruction/transfers Performing maintenance of functional and reliable telecommunication services for customer programs. Includes classified Secure Telephone Units, Secure Telephone Voice over IP (STU III/STE/vIPer/SVOIP) phones), fax, voicemail, VTC, desktop VTC, and overhead projection services/equipment Assisting end-users with the operation, restoration of information, and access to business systems; Creating and maintaining organizational boxes, folder permissions, security groups, and assists with distribution groups Performing cyber security liaison duties
Qualifications Minimum Required Qualifications Citizenship:
Must be a
US Citizen Clearance:
Current Top Secret clearance Education and experience: Associate's degree in a related field and 7 years of related experience; OR Associate's degree and 5 years of experience with an IAT Level II certification; OR Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5 years of related experience; OR Bachelor's and 3 years of related experience with an IAT Level II certification Experience administering network and computer systems in a DoD or enterprise environment Experience supporting secure systems and compliance with DoD cybersecurity requirements Preferred Qualifications Current Top Secret clearance DoD 8140 / 8570 IAT Level II or higher (e.g., Security+ CE, CISSP, CCNA Security, or equivalent) Experience with Windows and/or Linux system administration in classified environments Experience supporting Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes and ATO packages Experience with network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls) Additionally, the successful candidate will demonstrate the following: Technical Skills System administration (Windows, Linux, or UNIX environments) SharePoint administration Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) Network management and troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) Cybersecurity implementation and compliance (RMF, STIGs, vulnerability management) Configuration management and system documentation Backup and recovery solutions Familiarity with enterprise tools and monitoring systems Interpersonal Skills Ability to work independently and as part of a technical team Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to support multiple systems and priorities in a mission-driven environment Attention to detail and commitment to system security and reliability
