Responsibilities:
Administer and support servers, networks, Microsoft 365, cloud services, and business-critical applications. Monitor system performance, availability, backups, patching, and security controls. Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and user access issues in a timely manner. Manage user accounts, permissions, MFA, and identity/access controls. Assist with implementation and maintenance of cybersecurity best practices and compliance requirements, including PCI-DSS. Support vulnerability remediation, log review, endpoint protection, and incident response efforts. Maintain technical documentation, system configurations, and standard operating procedures. Collaborate with vendors, internal teams, and leadership on infrastructure improvements and IT projects. Create and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to support operational visibility, metrics, and business decision-making. Provide technical support and communicate with English and Spanish speaking users, vendors, and stakeholders. Participate in system upgrades, deployments, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required. 2 years of experience required. Ability to speak English and Spanish fluently enough to perform duties.
