Job Description

We are looking for a SharePoint Administrator to support and optimize Microsoft 365 collaboration environments for clients in West Palm Beach, Florida. This Long-term Contract position focuses on maintaining stable SharePoint operations, resolving technical issues, and improving how users access and manage content across connected platforms. The role also partners with internal teams and client stakeholders to strengthen site governance, streamline administration, and support ongoing platform enhancements.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily administration of SharePoint Online environments, ensuring sites and services remain secure, organized, and available to users.
  • Configure and maintain site collections, document libraries, lists, and permission structures to support business collaboration needs.
  • Investigate and resolve issues affecting SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Teams, and OneDrive, delivering timely support across client environments.
  • Manage access controls and governance practices to protect content and maintain appropriate user permissions.
  • Contribute to SharePoint deployment efforts, including platform upgrades, environment improvements, and content migration activities.
  • Build and maintain workflow and automation solutions that improve efficiency within SharePoint-based processes.
  • Use PowerShell to streamline repeatable administrative tasks and support environment management.
  • Monitor platform health, performance, and reliability, and take corrective action when issues are identified.
  • Create clear technical documentation covering configurations, support procedures, and issue resolution steps.
  • Collaborate with engineers and client teams on SharePoint initiatives, integration needs, and continuous improvement projects.
