Job DescriptionA Systems Administrator
- Data Analytics will be responsible for managing and optimizing royalty system platforms, ensuring accurate calculation and reporting of franchisee royalties, and delivering actionable insights to support financial performance and operational decision-making.
Provides and develops accurate reporting and management tools to all brands in the organization to make better, data-driven decisions.
Administer and maintain royalty system platforms (SiteZeus, AIM, Antera, FranPos or similar)Configure royalty structures, fee schedules, and franchisee profilesTroubleshoot system issues and coordinate with internal IT and external vendorsSupport system updates, enhancements, and testingDevelop and maintain dashboards and recurring reports (royalty collections, trends, aging, performance metrics or similar)Analyze franchisee data to identify trends, risks, and opportunitiesEnsure the accuracy of royalty calculations and reportingReconcile data across systems (royalty platform, ERP, CRM, POS feeds)Investigate and resolve discrepancies in franchisee reportingSupport audits and compliance initiativesEnhance automation of data collection and reporting workflowsDocument system processes and standard operating proceduresProvide system training and supportAct as a key liaison between teams and vendorsQualificationsBachelor's degree (B. A., B.B.A., or B.S.) or equivalent from four-year college or university; or associate's degree (A. A. or A.S.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, experience with BI tools (Power BI or similar), Internet Explorer or Google Chrome, Customer Relationship Management systems, and scheduling software.
Analytical mindset with strong business acumen. Systems-thinking approach to problem solving. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Continuous improvement and automation mindset.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and reconciliation skills. High attention to detail and accuracy.
