Competencies Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems, network troubleshooting, systems administration, and familiarity with laboratory IT devices. Experience with Microsoft Intune is required.Communication:

Duties/Responsibilities Duties/Responsibilities Desktop Support- Provide comprehensive support for desktop systems, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of hardware and software.
