Required Qualifications:

• Hands on experience in supporting electronic physical security systems
• Strong hands-on experience with LenelS2 access control system configuration, administration, and troubleshooting
• Strong hands-on experience with ExacqVision video management system configuration, administration, and troubleshooting
• Experience integrating site-level security equipment into enterprise platforms
• Experience monitoring and managing support tickets in an enterprise environment
• Understanding of IP networking fundamentals, including VLANs, bandwidth, and connectivity
• Experience working with security integrators or managed service providers
• Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting multi-site or global environments
• Vendor or manufacturer training in LenelS2 or ExacqVision
• Familiarity with ITIL or structured support and change management processes

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Physical Security Systems Administrator to remotely support, configure, and manage enterprise access control and video surveillance systems. The role involves system configuration, integration of site equipment into enterprise platforms, service ticket monitoring, remote troubleshooting, and security integrator oversight. This position does not involve hands-on installation or repair. All physical installation, maintenance, and repair work is performed by approved third-party security integrators

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, administer, and support LenelS2 access control systems
• Configure, administer, and support ExacqVision video management systems
• Configure and onboard site equipment into enterprise platforms, including access control panels, doors, readers, inputs, cameras, recording servers, and storage
• Integrate newly installed or upgraded site equipment into centralized enterprise systems
• Monitor, triage, and manage physical security service tickets using ServiceNow or similar platforms
• Perform remote troubleshooting and determine when integrator support is required
• Coordinate and oversee integrator service calls and break/fix activities
• Validate system configurations and confirm successful integration following onsite work
• Review service reports and ensure issues are properly resolved before ticket closure
• Monitor system health, alarms, offline devices, and recurring issues
• Support access audits, video evidence requests, and system standardization initiatives
• Maintain accurate documentation, equipment inventories, and configuration records
• Collaborate with IT and network teams to address connectivity, performance, and system access issues
