Job Description
Job Description The Network Administrator will provide hands-on support, maintenance, and troubleshooting across enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, firewall, switching, and branch connectivity environments. The ideal candidate has deep network troubleshooting experience resolving Wi-Fi, internet, routing, firewall, VPN, and overall connectivity issues. This role will also support network-connected physical security technologies, including badge/access control readers and security cameras, across multiple locations. Cisco CCNA and Fortinet FCA certifications are required, along with the ability to travel up to 50%. This person should be seeking a salary of 90,000. Skills and Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience supporting enterprise network and IT infrastructure environments.
Experience troubleshooting switching, routing, firewalls, wireless networking, and VPN technologies.
Hands-on experience with Fortinet platforms (FortiGate, FortiSwitch, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, FortiClient, FortiNAC) including firewall policy troubleshooting, SD-WAN, and high-availability environments.
Working knowledge of automation and scripting (Python, PowerShell, Ansible) along with relevant certifications (Fortinet FCA/NSE/FCP, Cisco CCNA, or equivalent).Experience with Network Access Control (802.1X, RADIUS, device profiling, policy enforcement) and wireless troubleshooting using tools like Ruckus, Hamina, Kismet, or Ekahau.
