Job Description

1. Background Our team requires a System Administrator to support the day-to-day operation, stability, and availability of mission-critical applications. These systems support airport operations, tenants, and external users and include both enterprise and web-based applications. 2. Scope of Work Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 operational support for applications, ensuring system reliability, performance, and security. Responsibilities include application administration, web platform support, user access management, and coordination with infrastructure and security teams. 3. Key Responsibilities

  • System & Web Administration
  • Incident, Problem & Request Management
  • Change & Release Support
  • User Access & Security Operations
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
  • Documentation & Knowledge Management 4. Deliverables
  • Stable operation of applications
  • Timely incident and request resolution
  • Successful application upgrades and changes
  • Updated operational documentation
  • Regular system health reports 5.
Required Skills & Qualifications Required:
  • Experience in IT Applications Operations
  • Windows/Linux system administration
  • Web administration (IIS, Apache, SSL, DNS)
  • Service Desk and ITIL processes
Preferred:
  • Systems such as
SACS, IDMS, CCTV
etc.
  • Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
  • Scripting (PowerShell/Bash)
  • operational systems experience 6. Work Schedule & Support Model Standard business hours with on-call support as required. Work location on-site. 7. Performance Metrics
  • SLA adherence
  • Application uptime
  • Documentation quality
  • Compliance with security and change standards
