IT Help Desk

Job Summary Choice Staffing is seeking a IT Help Desk (Night Shift) in a distribution warehouse located in Ellabell, GA .This role focuses on IT help desk for automation shipping operation, issue resolution, and collaboration with operations teams and vendors. The IT Help Desk supports continuous operation of night shift warehouse operation and reports activities and issues to the APE team IT part manager.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday 2nd

Shift:

3:45pm-12:30am

Pay Rate:

$22.00 - $26.00 per hour / DOE (Overtime may be required based on operational needs.(include weekend

Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance and continuous improvement activities for warehouse IT infrastructure Provide Help Desk support for PCs, printers, scanners, label printers, networking, and related systems Troubleshoot automation systems including AutoStore, T-Sort, Pick-to-Light, and Auto-labeler systems Support WMS systems, server connections, and network monitoring Execute preventive maintenance tasks and respond quickly to IT failures Support mobile devices, Microsoft 365, VPN setup, and user accounts Maintain IT asset records and manage IT consumables Coordinate with vendors and warehouse operations teams Document maintenance activities, work orders, and operational reports

Skills:

English proficiency (written & verbal) Understanding of computer systems, IT devices, and network systems Minimum 1 year of IT system experience in automation, industrial, or warehouse environments Experience with IT infrastructure maintenance Familiarity with MS Office (Excel & Word) Warehouse operations experience Knowledge of warehouse automation systems
