Job Description
Description Provide onsite and remote technical support to hospital staff. Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and application issues. Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and business applications. Support Microsoft 365, email systems, and user productivity tools. Assist with Active Directory account creation and user access management. Maintain hardware and software inventory records. Perform preventive maintenance and system checks. Support printers, barcode scanners, and clinical workstations. Respond to help desk tickets and document work performed. Assist with maintaining network infrastructure and wireless systems. Support backup systems and cybersecurity initiatives. Participate in downtime procedures and emergency support. Support hospital information systems and clinical technology platforms. Coordinate with vendors for support and project implementation. Provide end-user training and customer service. Participate in after-hours support and on-call rotation. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
