This role serves as a critical link between customers, sales, service, and operations teams by managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, and coordinating service-related activities. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong customer service skills, and enjoys supporting both administrative and commercial business functions. Key Responsibilities Commercial & Customer Support Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, service requests, and order-related questions. Prepare and distribute customer quotations for products, services, and technical support requests. Process customer orders and ensure accurate entry into company systems. Track and monitor customer orders from quotation through fulfillment. Coordinate with sales, operations, and technical teams to ensure timely responses to customer requests. Maintain accurate customer records, pricing information, and commercial documentation. Follow up on open quotations, pending orders, and service-related activities. Service & Technical Coordination Receive, track, and manage customer service tickets and requests. Coordinate service activities between customers and technical support teams. Communicate updates regarding service schedules, project status, and resolution timelines. Assist with documentation related to service work, maintenance activities, and customer support records. Administrative Support Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems. Prepare reports, correspondence, and business documents. Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed. Support office operations and assist with special projects. Monitor office supply inventory and coordinate purchasing activities. Reporting & Cross-Functional Support Generate operational and commercial reports as requested. Collaborate with manufacturing, operations, sales, and service departments to support business objectives. Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience. Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in customer service, order processing, commercial support, inside sales support, or administrative coordination. Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, technical, or service-based organizations strongly preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook. Experience with ERP, CRM, or order management systems preferred. Preferred Skills Experience preparing customer quotations and proposals. Knowledge of order entry and order management processes. Strong customer service and communication skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments. Location Candidates should reside within approximately 25 miles of 30092. This is an office-based position supporting a collaborative commercial and operational team environment. Working Conditions Full-time position. Office-based environment within a manufacturing and technical services organization. Occasional support for customer meetings, service activities, or company events may be required.
