IT Systems Administrator P&D is a 100%-employee-owned engineering firm that has been proudly serving our electric utility clients since 1947. Our subsidiary, HP&D, provides testing and commissioning services to data center and mission critical facilities across the country and around the world. We are seeking a capable, experienced, and service-oriented IT Systems Administrator to join our team at our corporate office in Norcross, GA. This person will report directly to the IT Manager, and will support the company's information systems, and provide technical assistance and training to employees in the corporate and regional offices. This position will work with the IT Team to solve problems, assist users, and manage and maintain the following:

• Microsoft 365 administration in a hybrid environment
• Servers, desktops and laptops, mobile and network devices
• Engineering software and applications
• LAN and WAN connectivity
• VPN connections between remote users and offices
• Network printer and plotter maintenance
• Carrier services for phone and internet access Additionally, this position will work closely with the IT Manager to:
• Develop and implement strategies for information management, data security and control, strategic computing, and disaster recovery
• Manage backup, security, and user help systems
• Develop organizational goals, policies, and procedures Desired Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in computer science (or similar field) and/or CompTIA A+ (or equivalent) is preferred
• 2+ years of network, systems and software related experience required
• 2+ years of hands-on end user support in a multi-office setting
• Proven familiarity with: o Microsoft 365 - Intune, Entra, and Azure o Windows 11 Pro o Windows Server 2016 & 2019 o Microsoft OneDrive & SharePoint
• A solid understanding of file management: NASs, SMB shares, etc.
• Network fundamentals and associated hardware - switches, APs, cabling, conference AV systems
• Familiarity with the following is desired: o Veeam Cloud for Microsoft 365 o Copilot Pro o Google Apps for Work o Dell SonicWALL o Egnyte o Teams phone system
• Excellent communication skills

• Effective problem-solving skills
