Job Description
Overview Unity Point St. Luke's-Downtown Full Time Rotating Shift, will include nights and weekends This position has considerable knowledge of and is responsible for the installation, preventative maintenance, trouble shooting and repair of all kinds and types of HVAC equipment and systems. Coordinates, trains, monitors the work of others and performs the work of an HVAC technician and other skilled work of considerable difficulty. This position completes regulatory documentation reports related to HVAC systems. This position will work rotating weekends and holidays and will rotate being on-call. Will be on call for off-shifts (6 pm to 7 am on weekdays) and weekends. Must meet requirements for on call which includes a 30-minute response time from activation/call to hospital.
