This position is responsible for inbound technical support requests, monitors our corporate network, and handles miscellaneous tasks assigned by management.
  • This is not a Remote Work Position. Candidates within a 20 minute drive from our corporate office will be given primary consideration.
  • Scheduled Hours:
    Estimated 20-30 hours per week once trained. Monday
  • Friday:
    Second Shift
  • Hours range between 2:00PM
  • 9:00PM Saturday /
Sunday:
Second Shift
  • Hours range between 2:00PM
  • 9:00PM Once trained technicians are placed in a rotational basis on weekends and do not work every weekend.
Qualifications:
Call Center / Inbound Helpdesk Experience. Experience taking an average of 10 calls per hour. Ability to handle large call volumes at times. Technical aptitude. Ability to quickly learn new technologies with little assistance. Call Center or Helpdesk experience is preferred. Customer Service Focus
  • Employees are clear spoken and place high value on providing superior Customer Service.
Ability to clearly transfer spoken conversation into written format when creating/editing tickets. Ability to navigate and understand the Windows Operating System and is able to type with relative quickness. Availability to assist co-workers with requested time-off or sick days. Some holiday coverage is required. Reliable transportation.
