Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO The Network Administration Manager will oversee the reliability, security, and modernization of its enterprise and field-based networks. This role owns end-to-end network operations across cloud, hybrid, and on-site environments, using a Microsoft-first, Zero Trust approach. Network Administration Manager Key Responsibilities Lead network operations across corporate offices, cloud platforms, hybrid infrastructure, and remote sites Design and support secure Azure and hybrid networking, including VNets, routing, segmentation, and connectivity Ensure high availability, performance, resiliency, and disaster recovery Implement identity-aware access using Entra ID, Conditional Access, and device posture Administer Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, and Azure network security services Enforce data protection and DLP across Microsoft 365 Own monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident response Collaborate with Cloud, Security, and Application teams on secure-by-design solutions Drive automation and standardization using PowerShell and infrastructure-as-code tools Remain hands-on while mentoring engineering resources Network Administration Manager Qualifications 7+ years of enterprise network engineering or operations experience Strong experience with Azure networking, Meraki, VPNs/ExpressRoute, and Microsoft 365 E5 security tools Deep understanding of modern network security and Zero Trust principles Experience supporting distributed or field-based environments preferred Collaborative, practical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement Build a rewarding long-term career with us at CFS—when we knock, doors open.
