Central Illinois Radiological Associates (CIRA) is a private radiology practice with 100+ physicians providing radiology specialty services to ambulatory facilities, clinics and hospitals throughout Illinois. We are currently recruiting an onsite full time Applications Systems Administrator to join our team in East Peoria, Illinois.
Duties & Responsibilities Include :
Manages the day to day administration of diagnostic imaging clinical applications, ensuring their availability, performance, and security. Provides technical support to users, including troubleshooting issues and resolving incidents related to application functionality. Monitors application performance and conducts regular health checks to identify and resolve potential issues before they impact operations. Configures and customizes applications to meet business requirements, including setting up user roles, permissions, and workflows. Develops and delivers onboarding programs for physicians and other users, focusing on application features, workflows, and integrations. Ensures the integrity and security of application data. Assists with generating reports and dashboards to provide insights into application usage and performance. Ensures that applications comply with organizational policies and industry standards, including data protection regulations. Occasional travel to customer locations as needed. Participates in an on-call rotation for off hour technical support.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum of two years experience in diagnostic imaging clinical applications administration, support, or a related IT role or equivalent; or combination of eucation and experience. Previous experience working in a medical practice environment a plus. Experience with diagnostic imaging clinical applications, such as PACS, dictation and repoting platforms, and diagnostic imaging post processing tools. Familiar with application integration and data migration processes. Experience with DICOM and HL7 standards. Strong technical skills in configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining diagnostic imaging clinical applications. Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with internal and external customers through written or verbal form. Relevant certifications, msuch as Microsoft Certified, Azure Administrator, CIIP are highly desirable. Detail orientated and ability to multitask ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner. Adaptable to changing criteria and situations in a flexible manner. Ability to travel to customer locations. Ability to participate in a rotating on-call schedule. Maintains strict confidentiality.
