Competitive benefits package An established manufacturer is seeking a motivated IT-MIS Administrator to support information systems, IT infrastructure, data security, and day-to-day technology needs. This position will also serve as a key point of contact for IT-related communication and coordination with our Japan Headquarters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain MIS systems and IT infrastructure
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network issues
- Assist with system upgrades and IT projects
- Maintain data security, accuracy, and accessibility
- Develop reports and analyze MIS data
- Provide technical support and employee training
- Communicate and coordinate with Japan HQ on IT-related matters, system requirements, projects, and issue resolution
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
- Entry-level candidates are welcome - training will be provided
- Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, databases, and IT systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with an international team
- J apanese language skills are a significant plus
- Organized, responsible, and eager to learn
