Service&Repair Technician II

As a Service & Repair Technician Level II here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for providing advanced technical assistance and repair services for our customers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the functionality and reliability of our products and delivering exceptional customer service. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the success and sustainability of Honeywell by delivering high-quality repair services and technical assistance to our customers. YOU MUST HAVE

High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years of experience in technical assistance or repair services Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills and able to work independently and in a team environment

WE VALUE

Associate degree in a technical field Honeywell product knowledge on gas monitoring systems Traineeship and/or formal technical training Understand system inventory and movement Knowledge with reviewing product schematics Experience in using test software Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems Experience in Windows and Microsoft Office Experience in SAP operating system and CRM module Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work self-reliantly and in a team environment Ability to make decisions based on past experiences.

Due to export control law, candidates must be a US. Citizen, Permanent Resident or have protected status under asylum or refugee The salary rate of pay for this position is $41,700 - $52,100. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
