POSITION SUMMARY
Provides technical support to all company personnel regarding all phases of systems of software and applications which may include the operating system, file management, data communication, server administration and user training.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Essential Functions Statement(s) Maintenance of network hardware and software. Network and data security including information integrity, safety and confidentiality. General server administration and maintenance includes patching, setup and troubleshooting. Computer technical support and trouble-shooting services for all employees. Training of employees in the use of computer hardware and software. Set-up and configuration of desktop computers. Assist employees at other plants remotely and occasionally in person (usually travel 2-3 days per quarter) Other duties, as delegated by management.POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Education:
High School diplomaExperience:
2 years of experience in IT support and/or coursework in computer scienceComputer Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft computer operating systems (desktop and server) and software. Proficient in troubleshooting computer software and hardware.Other Requirements:
