Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Windows System Administrator to support the stability, security, and performance of critical computer systems and servers. Our team is looking for someone who can keep infrastructure running smoothly while helping protect data, support users, and maintain strong operational standards.

Responsibilities:

Install and configure hardware and software components to support secure and efficient system operations. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and help resolve operational disruptions quickly. Create user accounts, manage access control, and maintain appropriate system permissions. Perform backups, maintain data integrity, document system changes, and support security and compliance activities.

Required:

Associate or Bachelor degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience. 2-5 years of experience supporting Microsoft Windows environments. Experience supporting Windows 10/11 and Windows Server operating systems. Basic understanding of Active Directory and Group Policy. Experience with software deployment and operating system upgrades.
