Administrator Employment Type:
Full-time, Hybrid Salary:
$70K~$90K (Commensurate with experience)

Competitive benefits package An established manufacturer is seeking a motivated IT-MIS Administrator to support information systems, IT infrastructure, data security, and day-to-day technology needs. This position will also serve as a key point of contact for IT-related communication and coordination with our Japan Headquarters.
Key Responsibilities:
Support and maintain MIS systems and IT infrastructure Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network issues Assist with system upgrades and IT projects Maintain data security, accuracy, and accessibility Develop reports and analyze MIS data Provide technical support and employee training Communicate and coordinate with Japan HQ on IT-related matters, system requirements, projects, and issue resolution
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred Entry-level candidates are welcome — training will be provided Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, databases, and IT systems Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with an international team J apanese language skills are a significant plus Organized, responsible, and eager to learn
