The RoleAs a System Administrator at Kyndryl, you'll solve complex problems and identify potential future issues across the spectrum of platforms and services. You'll be at the forefront of new technology and modernization, working with some of our biggest clients - which means some of the biggest in the world.

To provide 2nd and 3rd line support to our global technical community, in conjunction with our managed service partners.

To onboard user directories from new acquisitions and existing companies as required.

To integrate applications into our IDAM service for the purpose of authentication, authorisation and provisioning where available.

To assist in the implementation of strategic objectives in the IDAM space.

To maintain artefacts relating to IDAM configuration items.

To participate in the IDAM Change Management process.

Required Technical and Professional ExpertiseCertified to minimum Okta Certified Professional or Administrator level or equivalent in another productAn expert understanding of IDAM solutions, in particular: Okta, Azure AD, Active Directory, G-Suite, AWS.Advanced understanding of SSO implementations including SAML/OpenID integrations.

A minimum of 5 years technical experience in IDAM support & implementations.

Experience of working with global teams.

Experience of working in large scale, high complexity environments.
