Job Description
Overview This position drives operational efficiency through technology, process improvement, and strategic digital engagement while supporting cross-functional initiatives that advance organizational objectives. Responsibilities Serve as the primary administrator and internal resource for Salesforce. Manage platform administration, security, configuration, and data governance. Support declarative development and collaborate on custom development and integrations. Gather business requirements and lead business systems enhancements. Develop reports, dashboards, KPIs, and analytics to support operational and commercial decision-making. Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Partner with business leaders, IT, and external vendors to implement technology solutions. Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing system support. Manage the organization's website, social media platforms, and digital content. Plan, publish, and evaluate digital communications and engagement initiatives. Maintain brand consistency across corporate communications and marketing materials. Support recruitment marketing, community engagement, sponsorships, and organizational events. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners on digital and marketing initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business or related field. Salesforce Business Analysis and/or Salesforce Admin cert preferred. Working knowledge of business systems, reporting, and process improvement Previous CRM experience preferred. Experience administering Salesforce or similar CRM platforms preferred. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Experience managing digital platforms, websites, or corporate communications is preferred.
