$36,400+ depending on experienceJOB SUMMARY
The Family Support Services Specialist is chiefly responsible for tracking, providing responses, and distribution of Gethelp and Utility emails daily. The Family Support Services Specialist provides additional administrative support to the Family Support Services Management team.JOB DUTIES
Assists the Family Support Management team in scheduling and preparing materials for outreach events. Enters all emailed incoming program documents into the appropriate tracking system within one business day. Assists with EAP quality assurance audits and ensures the quality of data entry into the program database. Must be willing to travel as needed to attend training or outreach events, cover satellite offices, and other assignments as assigned by program management. Provides administrative support to the Family Support Management team. Assures compliance with reporting requirements for all assigned programs. Implements Brightpoint Values at all times.SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or GED required. Two or more years of work experience in at least one of the following (or related) areas: consumer relations, business, administration, energy employment/job training skills, or other social services. Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills with strong mathematics aptitude. Ability to work with minimal supervision; self-motivated, attentive to detail, organized, productive, flexible, and dependable. Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends. Ability to relate well with diverse personalities from a variety of socio-economic backgrounds. Proficient in MS Office applications. High comfort level with public interaction. Must be willing to travel to as needed to attend training, cover satellite offices, and other assignments as assigned by program management. When driving for Brightpoint, the employee must have a valid Indiana driver's license and must maintain minimum auto insurance liability limits of $100,000/$300,000. Ability to operate office equipment and machines including personal and network computer terminals, copier, and fax. Working knowledge of standard office procedures and routines and the ability to apply such knowledge to a variety of interrelated processes, tasks, and operations.Benefits
