Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and resolve Intune-related issues, including device configuration, policy application, compliance failures, and software deployment Provide hands-on desktop support in an enterprise environment, including OS, hardware, and user-facing issues Diagnose and address network connectivity issues (e.g., access restrictions, firewall rules, DNS, VPN, IP/Port/URL filtering) Navigate and resolve security and compliance-related challenges, including endpoint hardening, policy enforcement, and audit readiness Operate effectively across multiple functions—including endpoint management, support, security, and asset management—without reliance on rigid team boundaries

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in information systems or relevant field and 3+ years practical experience Ability to obtain public trust clearance Ability to self-manage work tasks using M365 based tools Demonstrated and proven ability to independently resolve issues, improve day-to-day operations with self-driven initiatives, and operate with a growth mindset Hands-on experience administering or operating network access controls in the form of
