The Role:

We are looking for an energetic, upbeat General Service Technician with a positive attitude and a passion for doing what's right for our customers. You will be working in a modern facility with a consistent workload, handling preventative maintenance safely and efficiently across all makes and models.

What You Will Be Doing:

Performing full maintenance and repair services including, but not limited to: comprehensive oil changes, tire mounting/balancing/rotations, battery replacements, and fluid services on all makes and models. Completing full, accurate, and honest digital vehicle inspections (DVIs) to communicate vehicle needs. Working closely with the service department to effectively communicate the extent of any damage, malfunctions, or needed repairs. Complying with federal, state, and local safety and environmental regulations. Maintaining our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization in your bay and throughout the shop. What We Are Looking For (Requirements):

Experience:

At least 1 year of hands-on experience working in a professional automotive shop environment. (Please note: this is not an entry-level position; we need someone who can confidently operate professional tire machines and shop lifts).

Tools:

You must possess and maintain your own basic set of professional hand tools.

Team Player:

Ability to work as part of a team to troubleshoot customer concerns quickly and effectively.

Driving Record:

A valid Driver's License with a clean driving record and the ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.

Background Check:

Must be able to pass a standard background check.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to occasionally lift and/or move over 50 pounds. Ability to work with tools on vehicles lifted above your head and in tight spaces. Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools and navigate a computer. Ability to walk/stand for the majority of the workday and keep a brisk pace in a high-volume environment.
