A local software company is seeking a motivated and service‑oriented IT professional to support users in the health‑care industry. Strong communication skills are essential, and management experience or Microsoft certifications are considered a plus. Required Technical Experience Windows Server administration SQL Server / SSMS Hyper‑V and VMware Active Directory and Group Policy Remote Desktop Services (Gateway, Connection Broker, Session Hosts) Internet Information Services (IIS) RAID hardware configuration Security best practices and HIPAA compliance Primary Responsibilities Build, maintain, and monitor our in‑house Cloud server environment Troubleshoot issues related to EZBIS applications Install updates and perform initial Cloud setups for new customers Diagnose and resolve data errors and performance problems Ensure backups are current and ready for restoration if needed New team members receive comprehensive in‑house training on the EZBIS Office suite and all supporting systems, including GoldMine contact manager, Tele‑Support HelpDesk, and ConnectWise support tools. This role occasionally requires non‑standard hours and the ability to report to the office promptly when needed. About E‑Z BIS, Inc.
