Managed Service Provider seeking a help desk technician with 3+ years' experience managing Microsoft Windows Active Directory based networks, Microsoft Azure, and Office 365 with strong cyber security sensibility. Seeking someone experience with using Kaseya's suite of products, such as VSAX, RocketCyber, Datto EDR, etc. Responsibilities will be answering customer calls and tickets, troubleshooting and triage and escalation to an engineer when needed. Onboarding new accounts, documentation management, and accurate time keeping. Potential for field service work always exists, but this is primarily a desk job. Must have working vehicle, valid driver's license, and clean driving record. Must have impeccable customer service skills . Emphasis on "impeccable customer service skills" as we are a customer service centric organization. We seek people who understand that the customer's happiness is paramount to the success of our business. This is a full-time position, Monday thru Friday 8AM sharp to 5PM.
